Protecting the waterproofing and draining rainwater on embankments
In embankments, the geomembrane is protected by a puncture-resistant geocellular structure which stabilises and drains the top layer, teracro® TD.
The top soil is backfilled as work progresses or with a long-arm excavator.

All-in-one solution: teraplex®
The all-in-one teraplex® product is a multifunction monobloc composite designed by teragéos for waste coverings. The dome is to be capped with terapro® peripheral drainage channels and water downpipes, adapted to the runoff surface.
The product combines in a single factory-manufactured piece a needle-punched nonwoven, a network of perforated mini-drains, reinforcing cables, filtering geocellular structures, and a waterproof sheet.
